Your ranking report of 25 September tracks 155 terms across six practices. Ninety-one of them sit in the top three, which is an unusually strong position for a group this size. But that number is not spread evenly. Port Coogee, Southern River, Innaloo and Ocean Keys are effectively won. Cockburn and Victoria Park are not. This proposal prices those two differently from the other four, because they need different work.
Your ranking report of 25 September 2026 tracks 155 terms across six Perth practices. One hundred and fifty are ranking, 91 of them in the top three and 61 at position one. Most dental groups we audit would take that result and stop reading. We would rather show you where it is not true.
Split the same 155 terms by location and the average disappears. Port Coogee is at 96% top three, Southern River 88%, Innaloo 75% and Ocean Keys 74%. Those four are won, and the honest job there is protecting them, not rebuilding them. Cockburn sits at 19% and Victoria Park at 7%. Neither is failing to rank. Cockburn is stuck between #4 and #9 on twenty of its twenty-seven terms, and Victoria Park has ten terms parked on page two. Those are two specific, diagnosable problems, and they are the only two places in this group where growth money makes sense.
This is your Fresh Digital ranking report of 25 September 2026, read in full rather than sampled. It is the baseline every monthly report from here is measured against, and it is what sets the price for each location in section 08.
| Position band | Terms | Share of the 155 |
|---|---|---|
| #1 | 61 | |
| #2 to #3 | 30 | |
| #4 to #10 | 45 | |
| #11 to #20 | 11 | |
| #21 to #100 | 3 | |
| Not in the top 100 | 5 |
Ninety-one terms in the top three is a genuinely strong group-level number and we are not going to undersell it. The band that matters next is #4 to #10, which holds 45 terms. In local dental search the gap between third and sixth is most of the booking, and that band is where Cockburn lives almost entirely.
| Location | Tracked | #1 | Top 3 | #4 to #10 | #11 to #20 | Not ranking | Top 3 rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Port Coogee | 26 | 25 | 25 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 96% |
| Southern River | 24 | 12 | 21 | 3 | 0 | 0 | 88% |
| Innaloo | 24 | 6 | 18 | 5 | 0 | 1 | 75% |
| Ocean Keys | 27 | 17 | 20 | 3 | 1 | 1 | 74% |
| Cockburn | 27 | 1 | 5 | 20 | 0 | 2 | 19% |
| Victoria Park | 27 | 0 | 2 | 14 | 10 | 1 | 7% |
This is the table the whole proposal is built on. Four locations are at 74% top three or better. Two are under 20%. The four are not the same job as the two, and section 08 does not charge you as though they are. Note also that only five terms across the entire group fail to rank at all. Nothing here is missing. Things are in the wrong position.
| Location | Invisalign terms | In top 3 | Median position | Page Google serves |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Port Coogee | 12 | 12 | #1 | /invisalign-at-allied-dental/ ×9 |
| Southern River | 11 | 10 | #2 | /location/southern-river/ ×11 |
| Innaloo | 11 | 10 | #2 | /location/innaloo/ ×8 |
| Ocean Keys | 12 | 8 | #1 | Split across four pages |
| Cockburn | 12 | 4 | #5 | /invisalign-at-allied-dental/ ×10 |
| Victoria Park | 12 | 1 | #15 | /location/victoria-park/ ×12 |
Read the top row against the bottom row. Identical searches, identical brand, twelve terms each. Port Coogee returns the dedicated Invisalign page and sits at #1. Victoria Park returns its own location page and sits at #15. When we read the Victoria Park page, it mentions clear aligners exactly once, in a sentence about payment options. That is the whole diagnosis.
| Page | Terms | In top 3 | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| /invisalign-at-allied-dental/ | 26 | 20 | |
| /location/victoria-park/ | 25 | 2 | |
| /location/southern-river/ | 24 | 20 | |
| /location/innaloo/ | 19 | 14 | |
| /location/ocean-keys/ | 17 | 13 | |
| /emergency-dental-care/ | 17 | 5 | |
| /location/port-coogee/ | 12 | 12 | |
| /location/cockburn/ | 3 | 0 | |
| Five other pages | 7 | 5 |
Two rows stand out. /location/victoria-park/ carries more rankings than any location page in the group and converts two of them into a top three. And /location/cockburn/ carries three terms in total, against twenty-four on the Southern River page. Cockburn’s searches are being answered by the shared Invisalign and emergency pages instead, which is why that location sits at #5 to #9 rather than #1 to #3.
Audited on 25 September 2026 against the live site: all six location pages plus the shared Invisalign and emergency pages, read as rendered. Every number below can be re-checked in a browser, and we will walk anyone at Allied through it.
Charging the same fee for Port Coogee at 96% and Victoria Park at 7% would be wrong in both directions. What follows is a growth scope for the two locations that need it, a lighter maintenance scope for the four that do not, and one answer engine programme across the whole group.
Two locations, two different diagnoses. Victoria Park has ten terms on page two because its own page is being served for searches it barely addresses. Cockburn has twenty terms at #4 to #9 because its page is barely being served at all. Both are page-selection problems rather than authority problems, which is why they are measured in months rather than years.
These four are between 74% and 96% top three. The work here is holding position and catching drift early, not rebuilding pages that are already winning. We will not invoice you for growth work on a location that has nowhere left to grow.
Thirty-four tracked questions, four engines, zero appearances. This is group-wide work rather than per-location work, because the questions are about treatments rather than suburbs, and the pages that answer them serve every clinic.
A growing share of dental research now ends without a click, because Google or an AI assistant answered on the spot. Your AEO report puts a number on where the group sits today, and the number is zero.
| Engine | Appearances | Mentions | Links | Visibility |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google AI Overviews | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0% |
| Google AI Mode | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0% |
| ChatGPT | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0% |
| Gemini | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0% |
| All engines | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0% |
Thirty-four prompts, four engines, one hundred and thirty-six checks, nothing. Set that against the ranking report from the same week, where the group holds 91 terms in the top three and 61 at position one. You are among the best answers Google can find across six Perth suburbs, and you are in none of the AI answers about them.
Sixteen of the tracked prompts are emergency questions: what counts as a dental emergency, what to do with a knocked-out tooth, whether toothache is urgent, how much an emergency dentist costs. Eighteen are Invisalign questions: does it hurt, can you eat with it, how many aligners will I need, what does it cost in Perth. Now look at where those answers would live. Your emergency page runs around 425 words and asks no questions. Your Invisalign page runs under 700 words and asks three. Not one of your six location pages contains a single question heading. Ranking #1 and being quotable are different jobs, and the group is currently only doing the first one.
Plenty of proposals still promise FAQ rich snippets in Google search results. Google deprecated that feature, so we are not selling you FAQ markup for rich results, because there are none to win. What structured question content still does, and does well, is make your material parseable by AI assistants and by Google’s own generated answers. Second: starting from zero across four engines means every movement is progress, and it also means we cannot tell you how fast. We will report the same 34 prompts every month against this baseline, including the months where nothing moves, and we will not dress a mention up as a booking.
No black box and no six-month discovery phase. You see the page-selection diagnosis for Victoria Park and Cockburn in week three, before anything is rewritten, because with 91 terms already in the top three the first duty is not breaking what works.

Every location is priced on where it actually sits in the report. A location at or above 74% top three is on maintenance at $400. A location below that is on growth at $750. Answer engine optimisation is a single group-wide line at $1,500, because the questions are about treatments rather than suburbs.
| Location | Tracked terms | Top 3 rate | Tier | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Port Coogee | 26 | 96% | Maintenance | $400 |
| Southern River | 24 | 88% | Maintenance | $400 |
| Innaloo | 24 | 75% | Maintenance | $400 |
| Ocean Keys | 27 | 74% | Maintenance | $400 |
| Cockburn | 27 | 19% | Growth | $750 |
| Victoria Park | 27 | 7% | Growth | $750 |
| Six locations, SEO | 155 | 59% | Subtotal | $3,100 |
| Answer engine optimisation | 34 prompts | 0% | Group-wide | $1,500 |
| Total monthly retainer | Six clinics | All work | Excl. GST | $4,600 |
The bottom line. $4,600 + GST a month for all six clinics, which is $5,060 once GST is added. That is $3,100 of per-location SEO plus $1,500 of group-wide answer engine work. There is no setup fee and no ad spend quoted. Two of your six locations are paying growth rates and four are not, and if Cockburn or Victoria Park reaches the maintenance threshold we drop that location to $400 and tell you in the report that shows it.
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of GST. The monthly retainer is $4,600 + GST, invoiced monthly from the start date, comprising $750 per month each for Cockburn and Victoria Park, $400 per month each for Port Coogee, Southern River, Innaloo and Ocean Keys, and $1,500 per month for group-wide answer engine optimisation. Tier is set by the top-three rate in the current monthly ranking report, reviewed each month; a location moving above the maintenance threshold moves to $400 from the following invoice, and a location falling below it will not be moved to $750 without your written agreement first. Locations may be added or removed on thirty days notice. There is no one-off setup fee and no advertising spend is included, quoted or recommended in this scope. Rankings, AI visibility, traffic and patient volumes are objectives based on the current baselines in sections 02 and 05 and are not guarantees; the ranking report this proposal is built on contains no search volume data and no forecast is made from it. All content describing treatments, materials or pricing is provided to Allied Dental for review and is published only on your approval. This proposal is valid for 30 days from issue.
Because they are already winning and charging you growth rates to keep winning would be dishonest. Port Coogee is at 96% top three, Southern River 88%, Innaloo 75% and Ocean Keys 74%. There is very little headroom left on those term sets, so the work is holding position, catching drift and keeping the Google Business Profiles active. That is a $400 job. Cockburn at 19% and Victoria Park at 7% need pages rebuilt, which is a $750 job.
The top-three rate in the monthly ranking report. At or above roughly three quarters of tracked terms in the top three, a location is on maintenance. Below that, it is on growth. We review it every month and the report shows the number, so you are never taking our word for the tier. If Cockburn climbs past the threshold we move it to $400 from the next invoice without you having to ask.
No. A location that slips below the threshold will not be moved to $750 without your written agreement first. We will show you the drop and recommend what to do about it, and the decision is yours. The tier only moves down automatically, never up.
Because it is thirty-four questions across six clinics and two treatment categories, and the answers have to be written, reviewed by you clinically and deployed with structured data behind them. It is priced group-wide rather than per location because the questions are about Invisalign and dental emergencies rather than about suburbs, so one set of work serves all six. Starting from zero also means we cannot promise a rate of movement, and section 05 says so plainly.
Because ranking and ranking well are different things. Twenty-five of its twenty-seven terms rank, which is why it does not look broken, but only two reach the top three and ten sit on page two. The cause is specific: Google serves /location/victoria-park/ for all twelve Invisalign searches, and that page mentions clear aligners once, in a sentence about payment plans. Port Coogee runs the same twelve searches against the dedicated Invisalign page and holds #1 on all of them.
There is some risk in any page-selection work and we will not pretend otherwise. It is managed by doing the diagnosis first, in weeks two to three, and putting the evidence in front of you before anything changes. There are two possible fixes, building the aligner content out or re-pointing those searches to the Invisalign page, and they carry different risks. You will see both options with the reasoning before we act.
Cockburn and Victoria Park should move first, because their pages already have authority and are only in the wrong position. Expect first visible change in one to three months once the fix lands. The AI visibility number is a genuine unknown since it starts at zero on all four engines, and we will report it honestly either way. The four maintenance locations should not move at all, and if they do, that is the alert.
Yes. $750 each for Cockburn and Victoria Park is $1,500 a month and it is a legitimate starting point. Our recommendation is to add the AEO line early rather than late, because the group is at zero across every engine while holding 61 first positions in Google, and that gap tends to widen. The four maintenance locations can be added whenever you want them monitored.
No setup fee. The Month 1 work is inside the monthly fees. Locations can be added or removed on thirty days notice, and the pages, content and schema are yours and stay on your domain whatever happens after that.
Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile access for all six clinics, a login that can edit the website, and one named person for clinical content sign-off. That is the whole list.

Ready to begin
There is no setup fee on this engagement, so the only thing to pay to start is the first month’s retainer of $4,600 + GST, which is $5,060 once GST is added. That covers all six clinics and the group-wide answer engine work.
